I’m Danielle “Dani” Sands, a licensed Bahamian real estate professional dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, and investors uncover the infinite possibilities of real estate. With a background in marketing, sales, entrepreneurship, and property valuation, I pair sharp market insight with clear, practical guidance shaped around each client's goals.
My approach is personal and hands-on. I educate my clients, communicate honestly and stay with them through every stage of the journey, from finding the right home or investment to positioning a property for a strong sale. Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mother, business owner, avid reader, world traveler and baseball enthusiast.
